How Should I Send the Delegate Fees?

​

Delegation fees may be paid by PayPal or by check.  If paying by PayPal, please follow the PayPal link on the home page.  If by check, please send your checks via USPS mail. Because we receive our mail through the school mail, there may be a slight delay due to the sorting process. We encourage you to inform us once you have mailed the payment so we can keep an eye out for it.

Are you able to satisfy all of our country preferences?

Although  we would like to honor all requests, it would be logistically unrealistic to provide everyone with their preferred countries.  We try our best to honor most requests.  To ensure the best chance of getting your preferred countries, please try to send us the payment as soon as possible.  Thank you for your understanding.

When will I receive the Country Assignments?

Country assignments are given out in the order we receive payments. This is to ensure the proper assignment of country positions.  To ensure the best chance of getting your preferred countries, please try to send us the payment as soon as possible.  Thank you for your understanding.

What Happens After Registration?

You will receive a confirmation email from us with an invoice based on the registered delegate number.  If you do not hear from us within a few days, please contact us at NPHSMUN@outlook.com

What if there is a Change in Delegate Numbers?

If there is a change in delegate numbers, please let us know immediately so we can change your invoice as well as update committee country assignments.  Please see the Policy Page on this website for more information about changing delegate numbers and dates.

What Forms of Payment are Accepted?
